I needed to replace the control panel on my spa. I went on yelp and noticed Spa-Tech had great reviews. I spoke with Jim and he was amazing! Not only did he replace the control panel but he also fixed the stereo that came with the spa that was not powering on. It was just a loose wire however he could have easily charged me for it and didn't. I appreciated his honesty! Feels good to know that I now have a go to guy for any future spa issues. I found Jim and his company Spa Tech Spa Repair through Yelp. Jim was able to diagnose the problem through a couple phone calls and pictures I sent him. Once he got the parts, he came out to my house the next day (Saturday) and did a great job! Jim is an all around good guy, took time to explain to me what caused the problem with the spa, what he was doing to fix it and how to prevent future problems. Considering his level of expertise, his prices were well worth it and when he said he is the best at what he does, he backed it up with his work. Jim is definitely the man to call when you are looking for an honest, knowledgeable spa tech.

Spa-Tech should be the only place anyone needs to call for Spa services. Jim is a very knowledgeable technician and extremely honest which you don't find too many of these days. He diagnosed the problem(s) with the spa within 10 minutes and advised what needed to replaced. Best thing was that he had all the parts available in the truck which was great! He was able to replace all the parts very quickly and most importantly took the time to explain reasons why the spa had problems. We have an older spa that fits us perfectly; I thought it had seen it's last days of operation. Jim took the sides off the spa and started looking for the problems, he found several. In less than an hour he had diagnosed the problem, fixed it and at an unexpected low price he saved the old girl. Our Diamante Spa 2003 that has been restored in less than an hour. This was amazing workmanship considering that we had several repairs prior that were wired incorrectly. He fixed the old girl and she is running perfectly...Thank you so much Jim.
